Thai massage is a dynamic, sometimes vigorous, and at the same time deeply relaxing form of therapeutic body and energy work that dates back 2500 years to origins in India. The practice is guided by Buddhist principles of compassion, love and kindness. A thai massage is a moving meditation where each session is unique, and tailored to align and restore balance to both the physical and energetic nature of the body.

Nothing compares to this type of massage.

Thai massage wrings out the entire body, melts away stress, and releases tension.

Each session incorporates a variety of movements and techniques that stretch and massage the body to stimulate circulation, improve energy flow and provide tension relief. It is an effective way to realign and restore mobility.

“Such a relaxing and holistic experience! A great way of clearing all those sticky/stuck areas in the body.. Andrea does her dance with grace and confidence - pokes and presses, squishes and stretches, she ‘wrings’ you out.. this is deep body cleansing! I leave feeling all shiny and new! I love it!!!”

“The world comes to you as meaningless, and that creation –

of values, of yourself, of the meaning of your life – is your fundamental task.”
